Why are Trimco changing the login process?

We are building the framework for many exciting initiatives, systems and services.  All projects are focused on offering a secure streamlined system to cater for our customers needs.

What should I expect to see when my account is upgraded?

Once your account is upgraded to a TrimConnect account, you will receive a welcome email. The email will guide you through the process. You will no longer be able log in directly to 1Label.

I can't login to 1Label and I haven't received my TrimConnect Welcome Email?

Please contact your local Customer services representative.

Why have I received multiple welcome emails?

It’s likely that you had more than one 1Label account linked to your email address.  If you do not think this is correct or would like to reduce them into a single user account then please contact your local customer services representative.

What if I have forgotten my password and I cannot remember my user name or email?

To recover your password you need to enter both your user name and email. If you have forgotten your user name you will need to contact your local customer service representative.

My organization shares one user name & password for many users. The 1Label account is registered with my email but somebody else in my organization uses the system.

TrimConnect requires that all users to have their own unique username and password and that this is linked to an email address. This is an "industry standard" approach to user access and ensures Trimco can adhere to latest security and data protection guidelines. One email address can still be registered to any number of TrimConnect accounts if you wish, but this may not offer the optimum user experience going forward. For more information, please discuss with your local customer services representative.

How can I monitor and control which users have access to my organisations web ordering data?

Your local customer servide represensative will be able to supply a list of all TrimConnect users that have access to a shared 1Label account. TrimConnect also offers a new feature to let a Super User create and manage their own users for their organisation. Contact your local customer service represensative to learn more.

How do I manage my account (add a new user)?

I'm logged in but I can’t see a link to 1Label.

If the application is not showing, please contact you local customer service representative.

Will this affect access to order data including order history?

No. Each unique TrimConnect user will have access to same 1Label account as they did before.
