What is a Super User?

A Super User is a user with special access rights that enables you to be able to create new users for your organization.

How do I get a Super User account?

When your account is created by Trimco, the user you receive from us will always be a Super User. Then you can use this to create new users for people in your organization as per your needs. You are also welcome to reach out to your customer representative and they will assist you.

How do I create new users using my Super User account?

You can use your Super User account to make new users for your organization.

Please follow these steps to create a new user:

  • Press the create new user button in the bottom right side (marked with a "+").
  • Enter the required user information.
  • Press "Save & Go to permissions".
  • Enter the required permissions.
  • Press "Send welcome mail".

The new user will receive a welcome mail in their inbox and will be prompted to create a password for their account.

myA-TEX: How do I add/remove brand(s) to/from a user?

You can use your Super User account to edit permissions for users of your organization.

Please follow these steps to edit the permission of a user:

  • Log in to TrimConnect with a Super User.
  • Press on the arrow down on the “Edit” button and then “Permissions” on the user you want to edit.
  • Under “Brand access” you can check or uncheck access to the different brands.
  • Press “Save and close”.
myA-TEX: How do I apply for new brands (with an existing account)?
  • To apply for new brands you need to go to the myA-TEX Portal.
  • At the brand selection screen you will see a button called “+ Add new Brand” at the top of the brand selection list.
  • TIP: Before pressing the “+ Add new Brand” you should go into one of the existing brands you have and back again to the brand selection as that we enable a lot of information on the form to be auto filled.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press “Apply for new brand”.
  • If you have followed the tip above, part of the form will be auto filled. If not then you will need to fill out all the fields. Please be sure to enter the account number of your current account, so that we do not create a new account for you.
