Why is Trimco changing the login process?

We are building the framework for many exciting initiatives, systems, and services. To provide you with the best user experience and create a more efficient workflow in the ordering process, we have created a platform focused on offering a secure, streamlined system to cater to your needs – TrimConnect.

What should I expect when the new design and platform identity go live?

On the day the new platform is ready to go live, you will be presented with a new welcome screen when you log in. This screen will start the process of upgrading your account to a TrimConnect account. Once the upgrade is completed, you will automatically be forwarded to the new login site.

What if I forgot my login credentials (password, email, username)?

To recover your password, you need to enter both your username and email.

You will need to contact your local customer service representative if you forgot your username.

Why is my username and/or password invalid?

We are increasing our security standards; as a consequence, the usernames and passwords need to align with these new security standards. If your current username and/or password does not fulfill these standards, you will be prompted to make a new username and/or password.

My organization shares the same username a password for several users. The myA-TEX account is registered with my email, but somebody else in my organization uses the system too.

TrimConnect requires all users to have their unique username and password linked to an individual email address. This is an "industry standard" approach to user access, and we encourage you to create separate accounts for every user that needs access to the platform. This will help us ensure we can adhere to the latest security and data protection guidelines, and we can better support you when needed. Please contact your local customer service representative if the application is not showing.

Will this affect access to the order data and order history?

Not at all. Each unique TrimConnect user will have access to the same myA-TEX information as they did before.
